With big crowds forecast for the 20th year of the King of the Ranges and over 13,000 people on our social media pages, engagement is strong with a keen to purchase audience.
Join us to celebrate the King of the Ranges (KOTR) 2023 Stockman's Challenge in Murrurundi NSW. This widely enjoyed agricultural and community event recognises and showcases the traditional skills of Australian Stockmen and women over an exciting and intense 3 day challenge.
Competition is fierce to accumulate points for cattlework, packhorse work, bareback riding, target whip cracking, horseshoeing and cross country jumping. Finalists further display skill and courage in catching and leading a wild horse and riding a buckjumper to determine who will be the 2023 King of the Ranges.
A unique attraction over the 3 day event is the King of the Ranges Bush Festival featuring a host of entertaining traditional activities including bush poetry and famous folklore, fun competitions, displays of horsemanship and bushcraft, billy goat cart races, live music, great food and good old fashioned Upper Hunter hospitality.
