TRADE STALL REQUIREMENTS

* Vendors must confirm site bookings and site fee payments MUST be made by Friday 27th April 2012. Applications will not be accepted after this date.

* Cheques or Money Orders can be made payable to

King of the Ranges Stockman’s Challenge Inc.

* Toilet & Shower facilities will be available for Trade Stall Vendors’ convenience within the grounds.

* Camping Fees $15 per night.

* There are no powered sites for Trade Stall or Camping.

Please bring your own generator if power is required.

* Vendors MUST provide a copy of their current Public Liability Insurance Certificate for King of the Ranges records. Applications will not be accepted without this copy sent with booking and payment.

2012 SITE FEE (GST exempt)

* Standard Site 3m2    open from dawn till dusk $25 per day per site

* Large Site over 3m2  open from dawn till dusk $50 per day per site
